The Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism has been released in the US. Spotted on the brand’s website a few weeks ago, there are three lengths available: 100 ft (300 m) with 36 lights, 150 ft (45 m) with 54 lights, and 200 ft (600 m) with 72 lights.
You can now buy the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism in the US at the brand’s online store and at Amazon. Prices start from $539.99 for the shortest length and go up to $859.99 for the longest length.
Govee’s Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism have unusual light sources for triple colored lighting effects. Users can choose from 16 million colors, or white color temperatures between 2,700 and 6,500K. These dimmable lights offer 60 lumens per light. They come with over 100 preset scenes, available through the Govee Home app, some of which sync to music. Plus, app users can access Govee’s AI lighting assistant to create custom effects. Other remote control options include voice assistants like Alex or Google Assistant, and Matter compatibility enables them to integrate with many smart home ecosystems.
These IP68-rated lights are marketed as operating in temperatures ranging from -22 to 140°F (~-30 to 60°C), and should remain weatherproof for around 50,000 hours. These string lights can be cut to a particular length or joined together to cover a larger area. Plus, they come with adhesive and pre-drilled screws to make them easier to install. Govee has yet to announce plans to launch the Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism in European countries.
